What this website is

This site presents equipment we advise on and describes our advisory practice. It is an information and enquiry service. Nothing here is a binding offer to sell.

Prices and specifications

Prices are indicative figures in euro, taken from manufacturer documentation and our published price list at the time of writing. They exclude VAT, duties, site works and anything not expressly listed as included. Specifications, dimensions and equipment come from the manufacturers and may change without notice. Where two published sources disagree, the figure is marked “to confirm” on this site and is confirmed in your written quotation. A binding price exists only in a signed quotation from us.

Independence

We are an independent advisory. We do not manufacture the equipment shown. Manufacturer names, product names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify their products.

Health information

Any research summarised on this site is reported for context. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a claim that any product treats, cures or prevents a condition. Hyperbaric oxygen, cold exposure, light therapy and PEMF are not suitable for everyone; consult a qualified physician before use.

Use of the site

You may read, print and share these pages for your own use. You may not copy the text, photographs or code for commercial re-publication without our written permission. Photographs are used with the permission of the manufacturers and of our clients; several are manufacturer visualisations and are labelled as such.

Availability and liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
