Privacy policy

How Luxury Longevity — a trading name of Oxyhub Ltd. — handles the information you send us. Last updated 20 September 2026.

Who we are

Luxury Longevity is the trading name of Oxyhub Ltd. (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions, requests and complaints: info@luxurylongevity.com.

What we collect

• Enquiries. The details you type into the consultation form: name, email address, optional phone number, your primary interest, installation environment, use, investment range and your message.
• Bookings. If you book a call, the calendar is provided by Cal.com; the name, email address and time you choose are processed by Cal.com and passed to us.
• Site analytics. Aggregate, privacy-friendly statistics from Plausible Analytics: page views, referrer, country, device type. Plausible sets no cookies and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you.
• Server logs. Our host, Netlify, processes technical request data (including IP address) to deliver and secure the site.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not sell data, and we do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Why we may use it, and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry and advise you — because you asked us to (steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
• To arrange and hold a consultation — the same basis.
• To run and secure the website — our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure site and in understanding aggregate usage.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations — where a legal obligation applies.

Who processes it for us

Netlify (hosting and form submissions), Cal.com (appointment booking), Resend (transactional email), Plausible Analytics (aggregate statistics), and our email provider. Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Where data leaves the EEA, it is transferred under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and related correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires longer. Aggregate analytics: retained in non-identifying form. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to info@luxurylongevity.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Children

This site is intended for business and adult private clients. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version appears here with a new date.
